Audrey was born July 29, 1950 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to the late Lillian and Marcus Garding. She was one of eight children, two preceded her in death. Audrey loved to read, work on puzzles, and help her sister Diane mow her lawn and split wood. She loved spending time with family, laughing and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving person, devoted sister, godmother, aunt, and friend who was always there whenever we needed her.

Although Audrey never had her own children, she was always eager to help her siblings raise their children, as she loved all of her nieces and nephews dearly. She also played an extremely important role in her great nieces and nephews’ lives.

Audrey is preceded in death by her parents Lillian (Hennen) and Marcus Garding, her brother Lloyd Garding, her sister-in-law Bernie (Schmitz) Garding, brother-in-law Pat Dibblee, her sister Beverly Feld, her brother-in-law Harry Spiczka, and great nephews Brent Lehnen and David Salner.

Audrey is survived by her sister-in-law Dianne (Ashfeld) Garding, brother Ronnie Garding, sister Annabelle Dibblee, brother-in-law LeRoy Feld, sister Diane Spiczka, brother and sister-in-law Jerome & Ceal (Ruhland) Garding, brother and sister-in-law Rick & Mary (Braegelmann) Garding, and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Directly following the funeral mass everyone is invited to the school across the street for a time of fellowship and lunch, while awaiting the return of the family.

Urn bearers will be Audrey’s two nieces & God children: Luane (Spiczka) Bruggers & Jackie (Spiczka) Torborg.
