<\/p>\nOn Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Cold Spring Area Chamber Ambassadors had the opportunity to welcome Lindsey\u2019s Light Lounge as a new business and member of the Cold Spring Area Chamber.<\/p>\n
Lindsey Hemmesch opened Lindsey\u2019s Light Lounge in February of 2024. It\u2019s located at 312 N. 1st St. in Cold Spring. Lindsey\u2019s Light Lounge offers cutting-edge wellness care through Firefly Light Therapy, infrared sauna, and sound therapy. Hemmesch has been trained through Bales Photonics and is now a national trainer so she is very knowledgeable about the techniques and benefits for her clients. There are currently only three other businesses in Minnesota that offer this advanced treatment.<\/p>\n
Firefly Light Therapy helps patients experiencing pain, pathogens, and cognitive decline. Patients using this treatment are experiencing quicker recovery or less progression in cognitive decline. Treatments last only 5-10 minutes. Lindsey can also scan for pathogens in your abdomen using the Firefly Light Therapy.<\/p>\n
The Sunlighten Sauna has many benefits like boosting your metabolism, repairing sore muscles, improving heart health, boosting the immune system, and more. It is also a great way to warm up before a workout. Hydration is important before and after all treatments.<\/p>\n
