<\/p>\nThe Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce was honored to welcome Michelle Crawford for a recent Ambassador Visit, where we had the opportunity to learn more about her heart, her mission, and the impactful work she is bringing to our community.<\/p>\n
Originally from Germany, Michelle and her family relocated to Minnesota in May of 2025, beginning a new chapter rooted in connection, growth, and service. With a background psychological counseling, Michelle has built a unique approach that blends life coaching, emotional support, and real-life experience to walk alongside individuals and families through life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n
Through her business, Little Extra LLC, Michelle offers a variety of services including:
\n\u2022 Life Coaching & Personal Growth Support
\n\u2022 Inclusion & Family Support Services
\n\u2022 Psychology-based coaching (non-clinical)
\n\u2022 Workshops on journaling, communication, and navigating difficult conversations
\n\u2022 Moms groups and small group connection opportunities
\n\u2022 Support for families navigating speech, language, and developmental challenges<\/p>\n
Michelle\u2019s work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can reflect, grow, and gain clarity. Her coaching focuses on self-awareness, communication, and helping people navigate life transitions with confidence and purpose.<\/p>\n
A passion area especially close to Michelle\u2019s heart is supporting families and parents\u2014particularly those navigating unique challenges or raising children with additional needs. Through both her professional training and personal experiences, she brings empathy, understanding, and practical tools to those she serves.<\/p>\n
In addition to her coaching services, Michelle is also involved in creating connection through workshops and small group settings, helping individuals feel seen, supported, and not alone in their journey.<\/p>\n
We are excited to have Michelle as part of our Chamber community and look forward to seeing the meaningful impact she will continue to make in the Cold Spring area and beyond.<\/p>\n
