With a background psychological counseling, Michelle has built a unique approach that blends life coaching, emotional support, and real-life experience to walk alongside individuals and families through life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Through her business, Little Extra LLC, Michelle offers a variety of services including:<br \/>\n\u2022 Life Coaching &amp; Personal Growth Support<br \/>\n\u2022 Inclusion &amp; Family Support Services<br \/>\n\u2022 Psychology-based coaching (non-clinical)<br \/>\n\u2022 Workshops on journaling, communication, and navigating difficult conversations<br \/>\n\u2022 Moms groups and small group connection opportunities<br \/>\n\u2022 Support for families navigating speech, language, and developmental challenges<\/p>\n<p>Michelle\u2019s work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can reflect, grow, and gain clarity. Her coaching focuses on self-awareness, communication, and helping people navigate life transitions with confidence and purpose.<\/p>\n<p>A passion area especially close to Michelle\u2019s heart is supporting families and parents\u2014particularly those navigating unique challenges or raising children with additional needs.
