Casey Dierkhising, Owner gave us a tour of the caf\u00e9, and explained how he opened his business in 2019, shortly before COVID, and it is still thriving today.<\/p>\n<p>Casey\u2019s interest in roasting beans began from a friendship with a heart surgeon who shared his gift for roasting beans in small batches to ensure consistency, freshness, and flavor.
