With strong turnout and enthusiasm for a first\u2011year event, the ROCORI Ice Bowl set a high bar for the future. The blend of competitive spirit, community engagement, and charitable giving made it a memorable day for everyone involved.<\/p>\n
The event wrapped up at The Side Bar, where players gathered for awards, conversation, and a warm, festive finish to a cold winter round. Disc Golf Ice Bowl events take place worldwide, uniting disc golf communities to support local charities during the winter months and collectively raising substantial donations each year. \nSportsman Park<\/strong>
\nSportsman Park has undergone significant improvements thanks to a Stearns County Park Department grant, including the addition of the new disc golf course. Future plans include upgrades to the ball fields, development of a walking trail, pavilion renovations, and expanded water access for fishing and kayaking\u2014all aimed at welcoming visitors of all ages.<\/p>\n
