{"id":2092,"date":"2025-04-08T01:34:52","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T01:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/csrecord.net\/?p=2092"},"modified":"2025-04-14T21:32:55","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T21:32:55","slug":"aed-donated-to-the-cold-spring-legion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csrecord.net\/index.php\/2025\/04\/08\/aed-donated-to-the-cold-spring-legion\/","title":{"rendered":"AED Donated to the Cold Spring Legion"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>The Cold Spring Sons of the American Legion are proud to present the Cold Spring American Legion with a new Automated External Defibrillator (AED). \u00a0The new AED system was recently installed on February 7, 2025 with the assistance of members of the Cold Spring Fire and Rescue Department, who have also graciously accepted the responsibility to service the AED machine going forward. \u00a0This AED is the seventh AED located in Cold Spring. The other AEDs can be found at the following locations: 1) Cold Spring Fire Hall, 2) Cold Spring Baseball Park, 3) The Splash Pad, 4) North Pointe Park, 5) Cold Spring Brewery, 6) DEF Building, 7) St. Boniface Church and 8) Speedway.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>An AED system is a portable device that analyzes a person&#8217;s heart rhythm and delivers an electric shock to restore a normal rhythm.
