District Governor Diann Bellmont presented certificates of appreciation to Lion Roman George from the Cold Spring Lions, Lion Bob Bellmont from the Heartland Champion Lions and Lion Cindy Cawson from the Cold Spring Home Pride Lions for their dedication to environmental stewardship.
Along with their clubs and many people in the community, they participated in the NexTrex Recycling Challenge. Each club they represented earned a free composite park bench for our community by collecting 1,000 pounds of plastic film. DG Diann Bellmont was a BIG part of this collection project. Thank you to DG Diann and all those in the community that helped collect the plastic!
