The Cold Spring Economic Development Authority visited the ROCORI Area Food Shelf on Monday, March 9th. Volunteers gave us a tour of the building, expressing their gratitude to all of the people who helped with the new addition that has created much needed space to organize, sort, and store items.
The ROCORI Area Food Shelf is open every Monday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., and the 3rd Monday of the month from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The food shelf is run entirely by volunteers, and is funded through grants, fundraisers, and donations from the community. They shared with us that the things they need most is toilet paper, diapers, and fresh produce.
The EDA would like to congratulate the ROCORI Area Food Shelf on their new building addition!
