The Ambassadors recently had the opportunity to connect with Julie McCauley of HR Consulting Services, and we’re excited to highlight her growing local business!
Julie moved to the area eight years ago after previously owning a cabin on the Chain of Lakes. While she spent years commuting to the Twin Cities and most recently worked for a manufacturing company in Hastings for five years, she made the decision to bring her expertise closer to home when that company sold, launching her own HR consulting business to better serve small businesses locally.
Julie offers flexible HR solutions tailored to each client’s needs and can offer smaller businesses the option to outsource HR rather than hiring a full-time person to support their needs.
Her ideal clients are businesses that:
• Need interim HR coverage to fill in during a leave or for a sudden vacancy
• Prefer part-time outsourced HR support rather than staffing internally
• Need help with projects that exceed the full-time HR team’s capacity
• Need help with sourcing and recruiting talent
• Need help updating employee handbooks, policies, or procedures to be legally compliant
• Need guidance to handle a complex employee situation
Her approach is practical, compliant, and flexible — meeting employers where they are and helping them move forward with confidence.
We are grateful to have her expertise right here in our community! For more information, you can visit their website at https\\www.hrcconsultingservices.com or contact Julie directly.
