During the second week of December, the ROCORI National Honor Society (NHS) collected toys for the local community for distribution through the Rockville Lions Club and ROCORI Area Food Shelf. NHS held a competition between 1st hour classes, the winning classrooms were Mr. Bauer with 318 toys, Mr. Hutar with 186 toys, and Mr. Sorensen with 73 toys. The winning classrooms will be rewarded with holiday treats and hot chocolate. With the help of students and community, we collected a record 748 toys and $135 dollars. Thank you to all who donated!
