On Thursday, March 28, 2024, the Cold Spring Area Chamber Ambassadors had the opportunity to welcome Casey Dierkhising and Cold Press Cafe as a new member of the Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce. Casey Dierkhising opened Cold Press Cafe in Cold Spring in May of 2019. Casey and his wife love the Cold Spring community and saw a need for a coffee shop. You will find Casey behind the counter or in the back roasting coffee or making homemade syrups and pastries. Cold Press currently employs 10 baristas (aka team members) ready to serve their customers handcrafted drinks. Cold Press Cafe is currently open seven days a week and provides not only delicious coffees and teas but also has a breakfast and lunch menu where each item is made fresh when ordered. It is important to Casey to provide quality over quantity. He wants each customer to have a premier coffee shop experience and the products to speak for themselves. The syrups are all made in-house and the baristas are happy to customize orders. A favorite for many customers is the Cozy Coast Cold Brew. It’s a white chocolate cold brew with salted caramel cold foam. That goes great with their breakfast burrito! Visit Cold Press Cafe located at 200 Red River Ave. S, Cold Spring. Their current hours are Mon.-Fri. from 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat. from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sun. from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. For more information or to see a menu visit their website at www.coldpress.cafe. Thank you Casey and Cold Press Cafe for investing in the Cold Spring area community!
