The Cold Spring Economic Development Authority (EDA) visited Red Truck Ice Cream on June 19th. Owned by Bob Sabo (pictured far right), Red Truck Ice Cream is one of Cold Spring’s newest businesses. Mr. Sabo was one of the 15 business owners in Cold Spring that received a piece of the Main Street Revitalization Grant through the EDA. These funds were used to help renovate the building and bring Red Truck Ice Cream to life.
