Ronald Leo Rose of Richmond, MN was born in Belgrade, MN where he grew up and graduated high school in 1959. He met and married Marion Hesse of Cold Spring, MN and were married on June 2, 1962.
Ron had many talents and worked in many different professions, including electrician, boiler operator, grocery store owner, butcher and auto body technician. But he most enjoyed machining and was a machinist for 30 years working at places including Vision Ease and Coldspring (Granite). He always enjoyed working on old cars and in his retirement became quite an accomplished woodworker and also became quite the cook and amassed a huge collection of cookbooks.
Ronald is survived by his children Pamela, Ronald Jr., Richard, Steven and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sisters Jean VanEps and Sue Madison. He was preceded in death by his wife Marion, parents Leo and Elaine Rose and sister Sandra.
A private memorial is planned.
