The Cold Spring Area Chamber Ambassadors recently had the opportunity to visit Sota Seamless Gutter Co. and learn more about the growing business founded by local entrepreneur Reggie Fraley.
A ROCORI graduate and lifelong Cold Spring area resident, Reggie has deep roots in the community. In fact, his family has long been involved in local business, and his father built the building that now houses the Chamber office. Today, Reggie continues that entrepreneurial spirit through both Sota Seamless Gutter Co. and his work as a Realtor with Agency North Real Estate.
Founded just a year and a half ago, Sota Seamless Gutter Co. has quickly grown from a part-time venture into Reggie’s full-time business. With two trucks on the road and a growing team, the company serves homeowners throughout Central Minnesota, specializing in gutter installation, replacement, repairs, cleaning, underground drainage solutions, and gutter guard systems.
With eight years of experience in residential exteriors prior to starting the business, Reggie brought a strong foundation of construction knowledge into the gutter industry. What stood out most during our visit was his commitment to professionalism and customer service. From fully wrapped trucks and trailers to branded apparel for his team, Reggie believes that presentation matters and helps build trust with homeowners.
Sota Seamless Gutter Co. is currently the only certified installer of Alu-Rex Gutter Guard systems in the immediate area. The company offers industry-leading products, including gutter hanger systems rated at more than 400 pounds per foot, along with a 25-year product warranty and 7-year workmanship warranty.
Every project begins with a personal consultation. Reggie meets directly with homeowners, takes measurements, prepares electronic quotes on-site, and walks customers through their options before leaving. Most projects can be scheduled within two weeks of quote acceptance, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
One of the most fascinating parts of our visit was learning how gutters are custom formed. The gutter material arrives in large coils and is run through a specialized machine that creates seamless gutters cut specifically for each home’s exact measurements.
While Sota Seamless Gutter continues to grow, Reggie’s long-term vision extends beyond gutters. His goal is to continue building a strong team, transition into a larger sales and management role, and eventually move into general contracting.
Above all, it is clear that Reggie cares deeply about both his customers and his family. His passion for helping homeowners protect one of their largest investments, combined with his dedication to professionalism and service, has positioned Sota Seamless Gutter Co. for continued success.
