Bernice S. Bellmont, age 92

June 24, 1925 – November 13, 2017

Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2017 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring, MN for Bernice S. Bellmont, age 92, who died Monday at Cherrywood Advanced Living in Richmond MN.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Relatives and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Wenner Funeral Home in Cold Spring. Visitation will continue from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon at the funeral home.

Bernice was born in Watkins, MN to William and Emma (Brutger) Theisen.  She married Leo Bellmont on May 16, 1946 in St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Bernice was a member of St. Boniface Parish and Christian Women.  She enjoyed dancing, cooking, baking, and was an avid Minnesota Twins follower and fan. 
 
Survivors include her children, Gloria (John) Brinker, Connie (Merl) Keller, Bob (Diann) Bellmont; siblings, Theresa Glatzel, and Eugene Theisen; 9 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leo, sisters, Alvina Salzer and Lorraine Strharsky.
