Third Monday of each month – The Saint Cloud Area Parkinson's Disease (PD) Support Group meets from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the St. Cloud Library. Tuesdays – Catholic Charities Senior Dining and Health Promotions are offering a Diabetes Self Management Program workshop in Cold Spring at the River of Life Church, 22881 178th Ave, Cold Spring. This workshop meets one time a week for 6 weeks each Tuesday beginning on April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1 and 8th from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Minimum of 10 registered for this workshop to be presented. We ask for a Voluntary contribution for the workshop to help cover costs. This workshop falls under the Older Americans Act of 1965, where no one will be denied this service based on ability to pay or not. This workshops is meant for those 60+ in age.

Second & Fourth Tuesday of Each Month – St. Cloud Support Group for Families. NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) sponsors free support groups for families and friends of individuals living with a mental illness. Led by trained facilitators who also have a family member with mental illness, the support groups help families develop better coping skills and find strength through sharing their experiences.
