Tues., Oct. 9 – Poor Clare Tea Benefit from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Parish Gathering Place, 219 2nd St. S., Sartell. Parking is on the south side of the church. The proceeds offset the fuel costs for the cloistered monastery in Sauk Rapids. Donations may also be sent to SFX c/o Poor Clare Tea, P.O. Box 150, Sartell, MN 56377.

Fri., Oct. 12 – Peace Lutheran Church 22nd Annual Swedish Meatball Dinner. Serving from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the St. Boniface Parish Center in Cold Spring. Tickets available at Peace Lutheran Church or from members of the Church 685-7656.

Tues., Oct. 23 – Cold Spring Area Historical Society Annual Meeting & Dinner at Cold Spring American Legion. 6:00 p.m. Social, 6:30 p.m. Meeting, Dinner & Annual Awards. Guest Speaker: Joseph Storlien - The Glaciers, Their Effect On The Soils of Stearns County & Your Ancestors.

Sat., Oct. 27 – Holy Cross School Fundraiser Trunk - or - Treat from 1pm - 4pm in the Holy Cross School grassy area by the ball field. FREE to the public, all ages welcome, fun craft available, wear your halloween costume.

Sat., Nov. 10 – 5th annual Widows Weekend crafter and vendor show from 10am - 2pm at Holy Cross School.

Third Monday of each month – The Saint Cloud Area Parkinson's Disease (PD) Support Group meets from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the St. Cloud Library. There is no cost to attend, and the meetings are open to those diagnosed with PD, their families, caregivers, and the general public. First Saturday of Each Month – Come worship with us at the Oratory of St. Catherine! St. Catherine’s in Farming is once again opening its doors for occasional masses as well as funerals, weddings and ecclesial celebrations for the faithful with ties to the Farming Community. American Legion members meetings are held at the Cold Spring American Legion on the second Thursday of each month. A good will offering snack at 6:00 p.m. Meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. sharp. A cash drawing and refreshments follow the meeting. Members are encouraged to attend.
